When you use our AI chat widget, we process your messages to generate responses. Chat messages are not permanently stored.

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-T2TZT51EQR), including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level).

How we use your data

• Contact form submissions: To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and communicate about potential projects. We may use AI (Anthropic Claude) to draft initial responses, which are reviewed by Miles before sending.
• Analytics: To understand how visitors use our site and improve the experience. Analytics only run if you accept cookies.

• Consent: For analytics cookies (you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies).

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not share your data with anyone not listed above.

How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after your last communication with us. After this period, your data is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).
